Fifteen years ago a conservative columnist could have conceivably written an op-ed lamenting the overall decline of masculinity and family values, using Donald J. Trump as the perfect embodiment of that unfortunate process.
On an unrelated note, that Swedish epidemiologist Tegnell could have been the perfect villain for conservatives as a prime example of the worst behavior traits of the totalitarian left.
And yet in 2020 both of these men are conservative icons.

Yeah Trump is everything conservatives used to complain about. Now he can do no wrong. So you’ve got formerly fiscal and social conservatives who have hitched their wagon to someone completely opposed of those ideas. It’s an interesting time. Those principals will return when a democrat is back in the White House.

Ask Trump since he has said on numerous occasions he is owed an apology. So your whole sophomoric argument that hinges on the concept of owe, because that is your gotcha moment of the day, is moot since the person you are advocating for believes in the concept of owing.
