The Next President of the United States: IV

That he didn’t like their smell. I find perfume disagreeable…

That doesn’t make Thomas Jefferson a racist. Get the fuck out of here.

You literally are a homer.

Cute edit. I hope Trump wins and cut your stay here short.

I edited it to deescalate this thread.

At any rate, you can’t get around to Thomas Jefferson referring to blacks being inferior.

He is giving a dispassionate scientific analysis of the differences between white people and black people and later says what I highlighted below:

That doesn’t make him a racist. He is making an observation. In 3/4 things whites and blacks are the same. They didn’t reason as well.

You have a bad habit of taking things out of context.

I think we just have to visit this once more.

What exactly is this insult supposed to mean?

This is going to be really important 235 years from now when the future descendants of usmc and raj are duking it out on a message board and trying to decide if raj meant that usmc was inferior and stupid, or just that he smelled different.

GIVE ME SOME CLARITY! I NEED THE TRUTH!

It means I believe in the values, principles, and culture of the United States and TheRaj, an immigrant, apparently thinks that’s a bad thing. :joy:

YOU CAN’T HANDLE THE TRUTH!

Sorry. Couldn’t resist.

He says they are equal in 3 out of 4 things and that “great” leeway should be given for their education or lack there of. It was 1784… It was a totally different world, different vernacular, etc…

Well, he could have said something during the Primaries, especially after the first few states voted - something along these lines:

“Hey Republicans and newly registered Republicans, don’t vote for this guy because he is literally insane and will destroy the GOP, ensure at least 12 years of interrupted Democratic rule, prevent us from controlling the House and the Senate and nominating conservative SC judges and he’ll lose decisively to a worst presidential candidate in history. Let’s all rally behind (insert literally anyone else’s name here)”

Perhaps he could have and maybe should have.
However, the populace voting in the primaries found a message they liked. And I will add, one that runs counter to Ryan, McConnell, Boehner, JEB, Rubio, McCain, and all of the other Neo Con’ish GOP leaders who have highjacked the actual traditional GOP, joined lockstep on most of crap laid out by the Dem party, and generally just took the Southern and Midwestern people as a gimme to keep them in power.

Not railing at you, nor willing to answer the predictable 6 - 8 who will attack this post, because they hold neo con view (the dominant faction their entire lives) and/or hate Trump. It was a perfect storm of tens of millions of people who feel desperation and an opportunist willing to buck coventional politics.

A perfect storm for a Hillary Clinton presidency…

Coupled with an overcrowded field too, though.

I’m curious, who do you think holds these views?

Fun little quiz

That has been the GOP line almost verbatim from the very beginning.

Why, do you suppose, people would completely ignore that and take the risk of nominating Trump?

For the same reason they watch reality television when other options are available.

Or maybe because its a foregone conclusion that politicians are liars, even in the rare instance that they aren’t lying. So when they say “blahblahblah anti Trump”, who gives a fuck? They’re a bunch of fucking liars!

I’m just jealous you live in east Tennessee. Road tripped down there this summer and I was in love.

No, it’s the other thing.

Amazing insight man.

You win!
