Sorry, Chris, but no. It’s actually just half of a Scott Bench. Now that you mention it, you do kind of get that illusion.
It’s funny that you should ask that, as Roman and I were exchanging GH raise secrets prior to the training session. We both have to improvise (him with a lat pulldown machine with rollers and me with a Smith machine/adjustable bench with footpads combo) at our gyms.
Hmmm, lately I’ve been loading up a barbell with about 150 lbs and sliding my feet under there and using that to keep myself in place. I also use plates no bigger than 25’s because the diameter on the 45’s is just too big to be effective. It does bother my knees alot though, I think I should put my creativity hat on sometime while I’m at the gym and figure something out.
Damn gyms and their not being up to date on Westside. If I were Louie, I’d go around to all kinds of gyms around the country on an ass-kicking tour, kicking the asses of owners of gyms that won’t get with the times and get a glute ham raise bench and a Reverse Hyper machine.

I usually keep a pair in the glove compartment just incase I run into a dominatrix at one point or another throughout the day and she starts punishing me for “being such a bad, bad boy!”
Maybe I should keep a pair in my bag if I run into a dominatrix/cardio bunny while at the gym and she decides to “rassle” me to the ground while I’m right in the middle of 1RM deadlifts.
That’d be pretty kinky: a dominatrix/cardio bunny, a buncha plates, an Oly bar, and some kneepads. Just thinkin about its giving me a boner…heh heh … I’ll see you guys later…
Yeah, I hear you, my gym only has a regular reverse hyper, not the roller pendulum. Whoa is me. Oh, we do have a GHR, and pretty much every piece of powerlifting/strongman/Oly equipment you could ever wish for. Hahahaha!
