I am having trouble gaining weight, what should I do? I was thinking about trying to eat some more (like an extra peanut butter and jelly sandwich a day) and maybe throwing in 3-4 miles of steady state cardio on the treadmill 4-5 times a week to stave off the fat gain that said peanut butter and jelly sandwich might induce.
