Go see the site mentionned on the bottom of the picture. There are so many other ladies carrying parachute bras that it just can`t be Photoshop. FYI, Summer Cummings, who I could call a real life anime babe, proportions included, seems small compared to the rest of the freakshow.

If pregnant bellies can stretch as much as they do, I guess (I am no esthetic surgeon) that implants, although not as internal as the matrix, have some leeway in the stretch department too.
(Personally, my size preference tops at Laetitia Casta / Veronica Zemanova proportions.)
