BG straight up DOMINATES the internet.
Since you’re staring at my pic, those are sweats with shorts underneath. You can’t see my underwear. Sorry.
i don’t know about dominating the internet, but i can good morning your squat without a belt :)
If you can goodmorning 535lbs without a belt, good on you. Even better would be if you could bench without your old man shoulders acting up.

I can good morning 535 without a belt. And my shoulders don’t bother me (that much) - don’t know where you got that idea. As for old man, not sure you get to call me that until you can outperform me. You got a good physique (and if I dropped to your weight, I’d have abs too), no question, but do you really get to call someone old when you can’t outperform them? Who knows, past 500 I might have to wear a belt. I can still GM your squat. I’ve tripled 500 before without a belt, but not in a while. Your bench is in danger of being equalled by my close grip.
I’m drug free, I’m 45. I still spar - vigorously. The only thing I don’t do ow I did when I was younger is play basketball. If that’s being an “old man”, I’ll take it - because I’m surely in the 99.999999 percentile of “old men”.
Alright, I’m gonna cut the shit and stop provoking, at least for this post. Infact I think I’ll do it in point form as well:
- It doesn’t take much to get you going, which is why I keep going
-That is a strong as shit goodmorning as far as I’m concerned
-My bench is almost a close grip, and my close grip is about the same as my bench
-Since you can goodmorning that much weight, I will assume you can deadlift about 7?
I’m curious as to what your numbers are. I know you’re confident that you can outperform me, and I’m not surprised if you can. I’ll even lay my numbers out for you:
SquatL 535
Bench: 385
Dead: 620
