But this is a serious question - are most of the others implants or photoshops?
If not, how would their butts get so monstrous while having 10" waists? An hour a day of nothing but SLDL or hip thrusts or what?

Yes there are buttock implants. And where there is a market there are unscrupulous witch doctors willing to fleece them. Meet Oneal Ron Morris who got one year for pretending to be a doctor and injecting a mixture of concrete and other goodies into butts. She managed to kill one girl. The trial for that is pending.
