Round 3 and the final round til after Apex Strength on September 20th. Because of how many weeks I have left until I want to start prep, I had 2 extra weeks to do something with. So I extended this round and have some fun stuff planned for those last 2 weeks. First 4 weeks are going to run the same, more or less.

When I was penning this particular training session, I dreaded it. Because I knew it was going to be a rep fest on Squats and I really wanted to push it.
