I am not saying I will or will not read ?For a New Liberty? but some of the regulations you are speaking of need to be.
Some regulations are concocted by people to gain an advantage in the market place, but there is nothing wrong with wanting to drink from the water table or to breathe the air, with no negative consequences
I still insist there is not one example of this utopian community; you can not act as it is so simple unless you can give an example of such a society

Well those are regulations that should not do too much damage.
Unfortunately, some companies want so many byzantine regulations as possible in order to keep the competition out and that is also true for water safety laws.

I am sure it was before your time, but when I was 11 years old the Cuyahoga River caught fire. It is just an example of how Big Business would treat our environment if left to their own devises. I think all regulations should be well thought out. I am by no way endorsing Government run Businesses

I won´t disagree, there is a big flaw in anarchism and this is one manifestation of it.
As long as they cannot address risk transference and pollution they have a problem.
Anarchism aside just watched this video and wanted to say everyone should watch it. Heck watch it twice. I hate when people talk about the benefits of democracy, most of them don’t even know what democracy means. In reality those people are talking about the benefits of a Republic not a democracy.
