I was reading the article in the archives titled “The One-Day Arm Cure”. very cool article. BUT He has two programs in there Program A and Program B but never specifies why they are different or who their target audience is… Any Ideas?
They’re not “different.” You alternate between sets of triceps and biceps; the program was designed so that people do both A and B, not one or the other. In my opinion, it works once and once only. I tried it once per year for three years, put 1/4 inch on my arms (and kept it) the first time, and nothing thereafter.
