Thanks, My lats are the weakest area of my body. If you know any tricks to get them to grow I’d appriciate the help and the wisdom from a fellow t-man!!

For your lats, have you tried doing wide grip pullups and pulldowns with varying grips? That may help. They don’t look weak to me, but I suppose that’s a matter of perspective :stuck_out_tongue:

pretty cool to see you got the nutz to put a quad shot on here. Good development around the knees. You must squat pretty deep.

The back shot is good too, got forearms like a Game Cube addict.
