I’d like to know how much being fat affects your T/E levels etc.
I’m over 30% BF (240lbs) and I’m curious whether this kind of amount of fat(70+ lbs) affects the levels a lot or not.
I’m not looking for anything accurate, just whether or not it’s a big deal.
Having more body fat increases the amount of estrogen made. And the more estrogen the less testosterone you will be making due to the negative feedback loop estrogen has on testosterone.
So yes, increased bodyfat will lower the testosterone/estrogen ratio. Losing weight will help increase it.
You may also want to change your screen name. It doesn’t exactly sound inspiring.

What the hell, since it doesn’t apply anymore…
I’m planning getting some tests on this in some time, but I was just curious whether the amount of fat I’m carrying can affect this levels greatly or it’s not that big of a deal.
