Testosterone/ED

I am a 29 year old male. 2 years ago (27yrs old) i got blood work done and my testosterone level was 330. I knew it was low because of erectile dysfunction and at the same time frame i was in powerlifting and took high calorie meals prohormones. Prohormones lowered my testosterone levels and shoot my cholesterol level to 225. Erection quality has been poor.

Since may of 2009 i never touched anything as far as prohormones (never do it again) Since then I’ve been taking a multivitamin/B complex/vitamin c and l arginine. Working out in gym 3 times a week with cardio on weekends. My question is at my age can get my testosterone levels back again at a normal level 600 or 700. I know the only way to find out is with a blood test. Just want to know is it the end of the road for me.

Have i ruined my pituitary hypothalmis and endocrine system?

Get your blood levels checked, that way you will know exactly where you are are now as to where you were two years ago. Although your test levels MAY have improved any problems like this can have a HUGE negative psychological impact on you.

Obviously if you are having erection difficulties now there is a problem which needs to be addresed, the question now is to determine exactly what it is and then begin remedying it.

I would acquire some cialis to counter the erection problems, or alternatively you could do what I used to do and start practicing tantric sex techniques (read the multi orgasmic couple) this way you’ll only be ejaculating once a week anyway and you’ll be able to enjoy as much sex as you like. I did this and had a load more sex in one week with smashed up T-levels than I would have been able to in normal range

IF your natural test levels are shot to shit (like mine were after a few years of cycling and failed PCT’s) then yes, HRT is the only known cure… however you won’t know until your blood tests, so please get them done. Post them and the more knowledgeable people here, or in the T replacement forum, will be able to advise you accordingly. There is a wealth of information here and things are rarely as bad as they seem.

Good luck…
