Yes deff moving on,another thing that scared me is when I looked up the doctors name from there site he is listed on google as working all the way across the country in a diff state from the clinic lol. Anyhow thank you guys so much for helping me out even though I have experience with anabolics Iām new to trt and doing things the right healthy way. I have much to learn so thanks!

Most TRT/anti-aging clinics run that way. The doc just signs off but isnāt really involved. Your protocol is about the worst you could find. If you want a telemedicine TRT clinic for $150/month where they ship you your meds I can put you in touch with mine but thereās plenty out there that are the same way. If you want mine my email is in my bio. Regardless, you need to get away from what you have now. That anastrozole blended into your T is a prescription for going through complete hell unless youāre lucky and it doesnāt crash you but even then you wonāt feel ideal.

So I decided to take another blood test for a piece of mind before I started trt
First test was
Test serum 367 ng 264-916
Free test 11.1 pg 6.8-21.5
Estrodial 15.7 pg 7.6-42.6
Hematocrit 47percent
Hemoglobin 15.9
The second test I took was from a diff company and only contains male hormone stats
Test serum ng 314 ng 259-850
Free test 6.7 ng 4.7-24
Shgb 36.6 nmol 11.8-80
Testrone bioavailability 157ng 131-682
Free androgen index 34 14-130
Not sure what to make of all of this other than the fact that everything looks on the low end I found a good t clinic that gave me test c no ai and no hcg I dont need it I guess Iām scared a little as I havnt taken test in 20 years or so but that was for diff reasons lol
So with the shgb should I start out with 2x week sq
They gave me test c 220 and I was thinking 180 per week split twice so 90 twice a week. Also I bought insulin syringes u 100 29gauge 1/2 1cc so if how many units is 90mg when I did peds in the past I did Im in my delts and glutes with a 1.5 dont want to go that route again and would like to try sub q. That seems like a good place to start dosage wise. If your test prescribed to you is 200mg/ml you would do .45ml which would be 45 on an insulin syringe. I personally would be hesitant to inject 90mg sub q though. I got small temporary nodules that were uncomfortable with a third of your dosage when I was injecting sub qā¦
Sorry reread your post and saw that you have 220mg test so the correct reading is .41ml

You could still inject that same dosage, shallow IM with the needles you got if it does become an issue.
