No prob. It looks ok.
You can drop 1 of the SERMS. Due to the length of the cycle, you may or may not need to run it for a longer time. Personally, I would run nolva on it’s own for 6 weeks 40/20/20/20/20/20.

I would suggest that you decide on whether you want to gain muscle or lose weight for your 1st cycle. A recomp at maintaince calories might be possible but I doubt you’ll achieve very satisfactory results.
A good option would be to lose weight naturally first, then start the cycle and lean bulk.

I was thinking, as I only roughly need another 4 weeks on a deficit to reach my goal Bf. I was contemplating being in a deficit for the first 3 weeks of my cycle, then continue on with a clean bulk. I’ve planned to pin on the next coming tuesday. Or should I not worry and just start as a clean bulk?

It’s fine. I was under the impression that you decided to do EQ and tbol to improve performance while losing some bodyfat. Next time, if aesthetics are a big factor, it would better to run a cycle more suited for muscle gain.

Im definitely running this for performance. This is were it get tricky, I’m in a team in which I play a vital position. I can’t afford to not be playing well, but in saying that. In all honestly I know our team isn’t going to have another stand out year like we did last year. So as I plan to take my sporting dream and move to a bigger city next year. Our season is only 15 weeks (more if we make finals) in which I didn’t want to lose my strength gains from trying to keep a low BF. So my plan all along is to try increase strength through a season. Aesthetics/having mass is not a factor in this cycle. I’m hoping this cycle will allow me to recover in time to play a game with increase aerobic performance while I’m also increasing strength.
This is why I agreed to change t-bol to the end of cycle, as it’s my end of season and I’m able to increase my calorie intake while rest is greater due to no more games on saturday.

Well then, I think you’ll do fine on maintaince calories. Your strength and performance will definitely go up and you will lose and gain SOME fat and muscle respectively. Adjust from there when you gauge your response to the drugs as there is always variation in the way individuals respond. Who knows, you might be a Kevin Levrone haha.

yeah, I’ll just have to access my weight every morning and watch for the variance at certain intakes. Thanks a lot for all your help man! I’m hoping to see some results in strength pretty quick but we’ll soon see.

Would for my cycle this HCG protocol be more effective then a blast for 10 days?
