Too much Tamoxifen/Nolvadex.

You will need around 2mg/week anastrozole to control that much T
Getting dosing right is easier with a liquid anastrozole product.
Do not delay full dosing. You are not controlling E2 in your body, but FT–>E2. That will be high withing 24 hours.
0.5mg EOD would be 1.75/week
Note that a few are anastrozole over-responders who need 1/4th the expected dose. They can only find out by crashing E2.
250iu hCG SC EOD is a replacement dose for lost LH
LH crashed on gear/TRT in one day, take hCG from the start
hCG does nothing to control E2
SERM’s increase estrogen levels, but protect Selected tissues from the effects of estrogens.
One often should be taking SERM+anastrozole
Do not take SERM+hCG !
