Just like the day I discovered brazilian jujitsu, T-Nation is equally one of the best things I have ever randomly found in my life. Who knows what direction it would have took? I do know one thing, this place has altered the course of my life since the day ive found it, from the way I think, eat and live and approach day to day situations.

I would have to agree that the core audience here who replies often and actively participates in discussion ARE pretty cool and supportive. Good thing we have this place to do all of this.
