Figured this would be a good place ot put my first post. I have been lurking on this site from time to time gaining some insight on the 3 big lifts to help improve my numbers… I have been lifting for about 5 years with 2 of those years being more dedicated. I am constantly learning and scouring the web for new routine and advice to increase my lifts. Just wanted to say hello and if anyone is in the Alaska, Fairbanks area hit me up.
