Yeah same here with everyone else, about 2 hours a day.
The only solution to make up for lost work hours by visiting T-Nation is to WORK for T-Nation: that way, we can be on the site all day and not lose any work time or get in trouble by our bosses.

Most browsers have an option to turn off pictures when browsing. It’s under Tools->Internet Options->Advanced->Multimedia in Internet Explorer and Tools->Options->Content in Firefox 2.0+.
