T-Nation Hall Of Shame

Went from 18 and just into college, to married and 27 years old in 9 months.

Quite a transition.
That is what my life felt like and now I am 37 with a grandchild, where and the fuck will I be in 9 months from now?

Will I be married? Will I be a great grandfather? Will I still be lifting? Please tell me magic Ram.

How is work in the HR field? I am fixing to have a come to Jesus meeting with my staff, those are always fun.

Does anybody remember the really old thread where somebody talked about breaking those punching machines they have at bars and carnivals? I’m trying to remember the exact line “My hand speed was incredible…” or something. I wanna say the user was “Arnold Speaks” or “Conan Speaks” or something… need to do a search when I have a minute. That thread was priceless
Ask and ye shall receive.

I forsee great things for a man brave enough to honor a bet with that flaming avatar.

HR is good, as I always tell my managers for a meeting like that…write everything you tell them down. That way nobody can twist what you said later on.

What about the Italian dude who looked like Jesus and posted the really weird metaphysical stuff?
He is all around and all knowing.
“Gym Jesus” (Stefanogym) is one of my favourite posters on here. He disappears for months, pops up and posts very frequently, then vanishes again.

Look at where he trains!! I bet it smells like pew benches and forgiven sins!!

Holy god, reading those old threads makes me miss ye olden days.

RIP, many awesome posters…

Also anyone remember “lightpower” and what he changed his board name to?
Some funny quips from X and Rainjak on this thread.
Seeing threads I commented on nearly seven years ago makes me feel old.

It also makes me think I get continually more witty and acerbic with age. Like a fine wine that slaps you when you drink it.

I was just thinking the same thing…weird how posting styles change over 10 years.

Nix with the old shit, Irish. You want old? I got it.

I was just thinking that my posts were a lot smarter 5 years ago. I have a hard time understanding WTF I was saying.

Before my time, but funny.
