+1

  • 10 for the training. + 15 for the diet.

I’ll take one of all three
hat
diet
training

this promotion must have been a while ago?
(been buying stuff/posting for years…)

+1 for his genetics too.

+1 for a supplements?

I’d buy a couple for sure. Was thinking about that the other day…

You guys are funny. Don’t dis the sandals!

What do you want to know specificaly. I’m sure it’s nothing you haven’t heard before. I’ve been bodybuilding since I was 17. I don’t think I’ve ever missed more than a few days from being sick the past 13 years.

Eat clean, eat big, get enough protein, watch the carbs. Lift free weights, lift heavy weights, master the movements. Keep switching it up, don’t let yourself adapt. Get plenty of good sleep.

I know how this sounds, but seriously. I don’t weigh my food and shit. I don’t stress all the minor details. When I go to the gym, my focus has always been - good form, heavy weight. When I eat food my focus has always been, eat quality protein, stay away from shit. If you don’t know what shit is, go read.

I suppose I do have good genetics, me being a “KneeGrow” and all, LOL!

+1 for hats, +2 for awesome job, -99999 for jealous hate toward you

Forget a free hat I’d pay for one if they made them, especially if it had the simple “T” logo.

Do you change your lifts often, or just how you do them and rep/set schemes?

Plus two bakers dozens divided by a fortnight for his shower routine.

I don’t understand why Biotest is so reluctant to make some additional clothing products - do the shirts not sell well or something?

I love Flexfit hats, my old high school had them for the athletes. However, the only headwear that I will wear is my UCF hat or my bandana, no matter how cool a T-Nation hat would be.

ROFL! Bandana. That’s funny.

DB

LOLOL, I actually thought the same thing but figured I wouldn’t say anything.

Padilla - you keep a rockin.

Oh, you bastards! I use my bandana sometimes when I work out or when I play football or what have you. Keeps the sweat out of my eyes (I wear contacts).

Lol, don’t hate.[/quote]

It’s cool Padilla. We’re laughing WITH you, not AT you.

What is your shoe size? Are you part Cherokee? Would you consider adoption? Have you been surfing in the last five years? What is the security code on the back of your credit card? Do you feel kneegrow and asian is a good hybrid (think Tiger Woods)? Do you wear a belt when you lift? Do you consider lifters that use belts to be ‘all natural’?

I’ll tell you one thing, if they removed “Dangerously Hardcore” from the sleeves of the shirts I would buy more of them. That logo is dangerously cheesy.

I DO love my Testosterone t-shirt though! It’s such a sweet surprise for people to see it.

Only my Testosterone shirt has this slogan - the other are all blank (Alpha Male, Mag-10, tribal T)

Thanks for telling me that, maybe I’ll get the tribal one on the next order.

Edit: Apparently it’s rude to ask people if they’ve ever used any gear, even when done so in a respectful, non accusatory way. I have retracted my question to prevent any debate from hijacking the thread.

I don’t know how people get the stones to ask about other people’s illegal drug use. It’s NOT YOUR BUSINESS.
