Definitley looks like a very good team, you have players that will help with PPR like ellington and crabtree (not going to mention the obvious ones) and with PPC Gerhardt looks like a guy who they will rely on to carry the load and be an actual workhorse back which is very rare nowadays.

As far as flex, its hard to tell as you have a few players that could be there. But based on past history the PPR category and not knowing mathcups I would consider Pierre Thomas the front runner.
