t-mag arm workout

Has anybody tried the 1 month add 1" to your arm workout that’s in the new testosterone mag? I’m on the third week now and I feel like it really isn’t a big deal. I’m doing all the exercises correctly, with the proper amounts of weight but I’m just not fatigued. What gives?

It’s called EDT. You aren’t going hard enough if you aren’t feeling it. You should really not be able to brush your teeth or comb your hair afterwards. I’ve done it a few times before, and the pump you get should be unbelievable.

J is right–the whole concept is to push yourself hard and make yourself work harder and harder each workout.

I had good luck supersetting chins and military presses.

Are you sure that you are cramming as much volume in the sessions as possible?

Also what is the rest of your routine like? I believe the article suggests that other muscle groups should be put on maintenance levels for max benefit.

So you want to do oral steroids, but your workouts aren’t even straight? That makes no sense.

You’re the first person I have ever seen who has done EDT and just shrugged it off as “no big deal”. Most people shit themselves cause their arms feel like they are going to fall off afterwards. I agree with everyone here that you are probably not pushing yourself.
