Hey everyone. I am just psoting results on my progress on the -dawg/GVT 2000. Thanks to the help from people on this board, a little discipline and alot of f’kin effort(I just finished my quad workout ans barely have enough energy to type this) I have lost 5.5 pounds in 2 weeks. I have also built a little bit of muscle, but the most encouraging thing so far has been the improvement in the mirror. I know GVT 2000 is supposed to be a mass building program so I should be doing it while on a calorie surplus but it seems to be working for me. I have improved the number of reps significantly on each exercise and gained a little strength. What do you guys think? Anyone else tried this combo?

While on the TDawg diet, i’d say to only do 5 sets of 10 cos sooner or later, you’ll be overtraining.
