T-Dawg 2.0 without enough fat.

I would like to know what the result would be on the T-Dawg 2.0 IF you weren’t consuming ENOUGH fat. Would it totally hinder my results?

I have been finding it difficult to consume enough fat while on this diet. I get 2-3/6 of my meals from protein drinks, while the other 2-3 come from chicken breasts and ground sirloin chili or sloppy joe (sounds gross but it is easy to make a weeks worth of food and tastes good). I also take Udo’s oil 2 times per day. And I consume about 100g’s of carbs postworkout.

I am currently 6’4 254lbs. And 19% BF.

What am I causing my body to miss out on without getting enough fat? I know this can’t be a good thing.

The Udo’s is good. There are many ways of getting fats into the diet including a moderate amount of saturated fast, or “good” fats from raw nuts and seeds.

If you aren’t getting enough fat with your protein, its likely that you’ll be calorically deficient and your body could be relying on protein for energy instead of fat. If this is the case, if you aren’t getting enough protein, you are going to be cannibalizing your own body for it which clearly is counter-productive.

All of what lucid said is true of fats, also they play a very large role in regulating your hormone levels.

You want to shoot for a balance roughly of your polys, monos, and sats. Actually the fat should be the easiest thing for you to reach daily. Carry some nuts to have with your shake. Flax meal in your shake. Shredded coconut, cocnut milk, " " oil. A freaking hard boiled egg. Meat, of any type.
