T-Dawg 1.0 vs. 2.0

Has anyone tried both T-Dawg diets 1.0 and 2.0? Which one have you had better success on? I’ve been doing 1.0 for a week now and have lost my 2lbs for the week. But, just now have found that there was a 2.0. After reading 2.0 it seems completely different? It’s not so much beef and hamburger, but more lean chicken and tuna. Between the two diets, it seems to be completely different food choices, no more pepperoni and cheeseburger (and pizza and beer). Oh yeah, how could I forget the cheap sluts… Anyways, just looking to see if anyone has done both and what their results and advice are. Thanks, Keith
