Did any of you see the photo of the guy that just finished 2 months on swolecat’s program? Damn if he did that in 8 wks I would love to see what you happen with that diet and a nice 4-6 wk cutter. I think I found what I will be doing in April.

Yeah that was a real good transformation in 2 weeks. Swole diet program and a prop/tren/winny cycle could be pretty effective!
