Thanks, As of right now My doctor is giving me 70mg a week of Androgel. Its a pain in the ass because if you shower you take the dose off until the next day when you reapply. I have spoken to several guys who say ask for the 100mg shot of test a week which would be much more effective any thoughts? I’m getting so many different views on Sustanon 250 as far as having a bloating effect. Has anybody found this to be true for them ?as far as winstrol I read that it is great before the summer or for pre contest and I have read its poison for some guys so my head is spinning. Any thoughts ?

Since you guys last responded to me I have upped my protein to at least 200mg a day.My goals are to become stronger and much more ripped and vascular but not to sure about Sustanon 250. Thanks

Not eating carbs is the single biggest misconception about dieting. That is the most efficient fuel for energy because it readily converts to ATP through aerobic respiration. Carbs come from fruits and veggies too so look into those as they usually combine with some sort of essential vitamins or minerals that your body cannot produce on it’s own. I too was long led to believe that pasta and grains were the devil but when delivered as whole wheat they too offer an irreplaceable: fiber.

Take a close look at the heavier dishes you likely think of with carbs…they likely have a lot of heavy sauces/ and or butter that combine and clog up the gut; THESE ARE BAD. When you look at labels learn not to look at STRICTLY fat content either; fat is good if it is NOT SAT FAT. You want to stay with some good mono-sats preferably and some poly-sats too. This means sauces and/or fried foods primarily. Avocados are a primary example of perfectly acceptable fat when made with guacomole.

Sus is a great compound as well but the staple of any diet should be carbs unless you are prepping for competition in the dong thongs. And even then changes are better left until the last several weeks prior to comp.
