Sustained High Test Levels

Hold hell you are tall. How much you weigh?

287 this AM.

To put that in perspective, Shaq played at 324 and has me by 3 or 4 inches, depending how straight I am standing. (I will vary up to an inch, just depending.)

In short, despite the heavy weight, I look skinny to me.

I want to be above 300.

Just to play devil’s advocate, there was a study that showed that castrated men with low T lived 14 years longer on average in an institution. This was just one study, and the reason was unclear. Castrated animals also tend to live longer. Anyway, the point is that having high T over the long run prob won’t kill you, but you might not maximize your chances of living a long life. I suppose you’re also more likely to do something even more risky than bang a stripper, leading to an early death. Haha.

Anyway, to give you some real advice, perhaps also check PSA as T can elevate this, and perhaps lead to prostate issues down the road, and maybe also do a liver and kidney profile about once per year.

Yeah at your height you need a lot of weight to look filled out. The more weight you add the more and more imposing you will get. I imagine you are quite imposing ATM. That is such a huge frame. How much do you eat/what do you eat?

I doubt its physiological, but I do think I am inclined to do stupid shit — currently back to sleeping with a complete pyscho bitch with a foul personality who threatened to kill me because she likes rough sex.

Drive too fast and get massively pissed when people are slow — take risks when passing, in particular – a bad deal where the speedlimit it 80mph in my neck of the woods and the roads go up/down and cars hide in little “dips.” I’ve had to affirmatively make myself not remotely take chances when passing and slow my ass down.

Pretty much whatever I can. It is basically impossible for me to get fat, or at least that has been the case to date in life. Always sub-10% bodyfat. My brother has a little more, and I think it is from drinking beer, which I do very rarely.

I’ll do my meals from yesterday as a typical weekday:

4:30 AM – coffee, 3 mugs, with cream, 4 eggs, 2 wheat tortillas, salsa, cheese, Biotest grow 2 scoops, vitamins & fish oil
5:10 Work, another egg burrito on rig
10:30 gym, Biotest grow, two scoops, granola bar, anaconda during (really watered down; don’t care for it)
11:45 2 Biotest surge recovery, plus one scoop of grow
12:30 lunch, hot & sour soup, vegi thai rolls, spicy chicken (like two breasts), some rice, carrots. Tea to drink.
1:30 nap and do paperwork shit
4:00 work again, granola bar of some kind (no chocolate stuff, they melt), chic-o-stick, 42 gram protein drink in box from Biotest competitor, that Biotest needs to offer
8:00 home, two salmon paddies on grill, grilled corn & veggies, healthy glass of cabernet with slut
9:00 small amount of pussy juice from eager slut
10:00 glass of 2% milk, dry corn tortilla some left over salmon and a ton of green salsa

Sleep, repeat. Pretty standard.

I actually had slightly elevated liver enzymes on one test. Don’t drink much at all and hadn’t used orals for a long time.

I did a really, really harsh leg workout and suspect that.

Sorry was just rereading this. But your normal cruise dose is 250mg every 3 or 4 days? And that normally has your test levels at 1400-1500 and one test maxed the ranged? Sorry if this is stupid just clarifying if i am reading this right

Yes.

No, normally test levels are in the 2000s, but I had a series of tests that were at 1500 because that was the max of the lab.

My posts were not a model of clarity.

Thank you for clairifying. I was thinking those levels seemed low for that dose. 200mg/week for TRT has me at the top end of the range. But everybody is different.
