Surge Workout Fuel Taste, Did I Do Something Wrong?

No, just looking at the container is enough haha. The idea of drinking some sort of powdered fish is off putting for me.

Not the powder. I don’t think I would like that either. But the tablets had a quite nice taste to chew.

But you should consider that I like tuna right out of the can. In the 1970’s I ate 2 can of tuna a day. It was the least expensive protein source for me. And still carried a can of Protein By the Sea tablets in the car.

I am not sure if they make those anymore. I’d be hesitant to try it to be honest when the protein powders now are pretty good.

Prefer a Ribeye steak as my protein source. Not the leanest cut, but I can work around that.

I am the only person I know that took those.
With that market share they should have dropped that product line.

Most all of Hoffman’s protein powder was all soy.
I preferred using milk instead of water to dissolve instant evaporated milk to give me a double strength glass of milk.

You ever use Rheo’s stuff? I heard it was much better.

Yes, but it was pricey.

Rheo Blair’s milk and egg cost more and came in a small container. It was always a difficult buying choice for me. But it was the best money could buy at the time. (Canned tuna was much easier on my wallet)

I used to eat canned tuna and instant grits as a meal
