No, just looking at the container is enough haha. The idea of drinking some sort of powdered fish is off putting for me.
Not the powder. I donāt think I would like that either. But the tablets had a quite nice taste to chew.
But you should consider that I like tuna right out of the can. In the 1970ās I ate 2 can of tuna a day. It was the least expensive protein source for me. And still carried a can of Protein By the Sea tablets in the car.
I am not sure if they make those anymore. Iād be hesitant to try it to be honest when the protein powders now are pretty good.
Prefer a Ribeye steak as my protein source. Not the leanest cut, but I can work around that.

I preferred using milk instead of water to dissolve instant evaporated milk to give me a double strength glass of milk.

Yes, but it was pricey.
Rheo Blairās milk and egg cost more and came in a small container. It was always a difficult buying choice for me. But it was the best money could buy at the time. (Canned tuna was much easier on my wallet)
