Nice diverting for a possible pedo but it is relevant because the laptop in question is the same one containing the emails which will put to rest a few of the sillier theories on this.
It also brings Hunterâs character into the equation in relation to any denial (should it ever come) around the authenticity of these emails.
It may also force Biden to address some of this which I assume you agree is a good thing.
Plus now the FBI has it, I look forward to the Russian Operative behind all this being fleshed out.

Trump or Hunter?
What should I have said? If Hunterâs a pedo he should be in jail. But he isnât running for President. Hunter can be a drug dealer, pedo, whatever. Heâs not on the ballot. If Joe Biden is implicated in stuff than fair game.
The thing I donât get is why didnât Rudy give the laptop to authorities the moment he realized it had child porn? Thatâs a crime right there. He had possession of it for weeks and was giving the story to the NY post?
Maybe the thing is full of dirt and if so Hunter should be punished. But the whole thing is beyond weird. The MAGA shop conspiracy dude canât even keep his story straight. And he didnât say anything about child abuse/porn but Rudy found it? The guy saw enough to alert the FBI but missed that part? And hasnât the FBI had it since 2019? And no charges or information?
But I will say for the millionth time it could all be true. Itâs just a lot of ifs.
Meanwhile we realize the actual President (not Baron) has well some China stuff. And he blew through a billion dollars campaign fund with 300 some odd million unaccounted for.
If Joeâs going to catch up to Trump on the amount of shady stuff out there we are going to need 900 more laptops.

No. I must have grabbed the sentence above the one I meant.
He can have or hold and examine evidence like this without being prosecuted in order to be able to represent a client.
Say you find a gun in your yard a week after your neighbor is shot. You call the cops, they come and arrest you- because you just handed them a gun used in a murder.
Instead, you call your attorney (or an attorney) and let him handle it.
Or someone drops off a mysterious laptop at your computer repair shop. You donât know whatâs on it, so you hand it over to an attorney who can represent you instead of walking yourself into jail.
Once police have reason to suspect you may have committed a crime, they kinda have to arrest you, and if you walk in and hand them evidence of a crime, you just handed them a case against you.
So, if the computer guy had just walked into the police station with that thing, he would be the last and only person known to have possessed it.
Kinda like drugs in the car. Your car=your drugs.

Iâm not sure how quick he turned it in but in this case representing a client would be holding onto a computer with kiddie porn while he shopped it to an outlet that wouldnât verify the story much.
But if the FBI had it since 2019 itâs moot anyways I suppose.
Itâs a bit weird that NOBODY from the Biden camp has even attempted a denial. Wouldnât it be politically prudent to slam this as a scam, deny any truth to them at all and threaten the leakerâs of slander? Even if the data is true and denying them is a lie, shouldnât the Biden camp issue a full denial?
Or another tactic, would perhaps get out in front, make Hunter a victim of drug abuse and Joe the loving father who was just trying to help his son get out of bad situations, while trying to get him help.
Something other than waving off reporters and biting their heads off for even the most tepid question about it.
There is something really strange about how the Biden team is handling this. They tried to kill the story, that didnât work. Then they tried to blame Russia, that didnât work. And nobody, not even the MSM has denied the allegations in those emails. Why wouldnât they just deny it?
The way they are handling it, just made the story explode and we have no comments at all from the Biden camp. Whatever the absolute worst way to handle the allegations is, they managed to do it.
If itâs âno big dealâ handle it and move on. The way they are acting is like they are hiding something, perhaps even bigger.
If I were advising him, I would just release a statement that itâs all made up bullshit by Trump and none of it is true and that they will sue anybody for libel making up and propagating such nonsense.
Yeah. We donât know the actual sequence of events or the location of the storage. Whether it was saved on the computer or within the contents of his emails would make a difference.
On the computers hard drive would be actual physical possession of it. On files saved on Gmail or what ever would still be his, but not in actual possession of.

Youâll find no argument from me that corruption is on both sides of the aisle. I think one contingent of never Trumpers may be entrenched politicians with that problem sure. But the never Trump thing is not monolithic, and there are people of many different views who share the idea that Trump should not be in office. Iâm not going to address the deep state. Youâre too intelligent to believe in that.
Thatâs only one of the never Trump views. However yes, I do agree that that specific pragmatic view is probably not sufficient to wish for democrat control. But what you said ere is really nothing more than RINO complaint, which is essentially the same thing.
Other never Trump views have nothingâor littleâto do with his lack of conservative cred. And these other concerns are by far the more numerous versions of ânever Trumpâ among voters IMO.
I actually feel the opposite. These were the people with spines who said holy shit weâre actually running the worst of our 16 candidates who has said the exact opposite of all the shit we have been saying we wanted while Obama was in office. I donât think it was about a level of conservatism necessarily.
I think these people were ahead of the curve. I think others saw potential. Heâs got enthusiasm and we can ride that wave in 2016. They jumped on board. These people saw through the shit and knew where it could lead (essentially massive failures for the Republican Party in 2018 and looking like 2020). Right now the evidence shows that the Trump experiment is working out best to get Democrats in power like never before. Not just at the national level but the gains they have made in local and state races.
Too early to know but if 2020 goes as bad as it is looking Republicans will have went from full control to losing full control in just 4 years. An amazing turn of events on the consistently least popular President in American history.
In what possible way has Donald Trump kept these people from enriching themselves? Do you think the share of wealth of the richest and most connected people is at risk with him in there? Last I checked he wanted to make sure they paid less in taxes. Then turned around and signed a stimulus bill that gave many of those people huge money (no he didnât act alone).
