Well, I thought that I would no longer be bugged by the Community Reading Club of the Firelands. I put a stop pay on anything that said reading club at the bank. No such luck.
I got my statement today, and they had billed it as CRC of the firelands, and another one as some sort of marketing company. I callled my bank, and tried to put another stop pay on my account. They told me if CRC billed it as any other amount besides what I put down, that they wouldn’t be able to stop it. So I closed my account, and am setting up a new one when i get the paperwork.
When the CRC calls me, probably everyday, I will just keep on telling them that I want to cancel. Eventually, maybe they will get it through there heads that that is reallly what i want.
