Has anyone read this yet? Is it worth getting? Chris Shugart gave it an okay review here — Strength Training, Bodybuilding & Online Supplement Store - T NATION. Just interested in other opinions. As a college student I don’t have time to read outside books often, so I just wanted to see what everyone thought of Chemical Pink.
Interesting and fun read but it is written poorly.
I read it after someone mentioned it here on the forum. Chris’s review pretty much nailed it. It’s a fun read, but nothing groundbreaking. Sort of like reading a gossip column - fun sometimes, but not exactly literature. I’d recommend it though.
I liked it. It didn’t change my life but it was a fun 5-6 hours. I recomended it to a few of my friends who all seemed to enjoy it. Just don’t expect to find a new philosophy on life from it.
The book is writen kinda like a daily journal. Somewhat intresting, I didn’t spend more than a hour and a half with it though.
