Shit, you don’t have to be Italian to like olive oil and garlic. Garlic makes just about anything better, and olive oil’s great as a cooking oil. Want to make a good omelet? Coat the bottom with olive oil and throw in a 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic along with whatever else you’re putting in.
