I am stuck at a plateau right now as far as strength and body fat goes, 180@11percent, I have been here for a while, I cant seem to bust it, I eat around 2300 cals a day and lift heavy, nutrition is clean, should I just say screw the cutting and start bulking? I was thinking of doing the growth surge with mag-10 but making phase two 3 weeks, to put on a little extra muscle, any ideas on how to jumpstart my gains?
I think you should go ahead and start bulking. Don’t stretch out the Growth Surge stages. Since you’ve been doing something like stage 1, jump into stage 2 and then go to stage 3, then back to stage 2 and then to 3 and then back to 1.
