Current testing usually never reveals why LH secretion is low, one day I’m sure we will know why. I don’t believe in SHBG lowering medications, the body will return the balance after it adapts to the medication.
If the SHBG lowering medication actually worked all the guys who come here with very high SHBG wouldn’t be on TRT and doctors wouldn’t prescribing TRT to those individuals.
Estrogen levels do effect SHBG indirectly, but by a miniscule amount.
