I posted here months ago about lumbago and finally went to get it treated.
The remedial masseur told me that my discs are ok after doing tests.
I was receiving ultrasound and massage mostly on the left side of my lower back as it seemed to give me more pain. The pain on the left side is now gone but the spine still hurts in flexion.
Any Physios on here have any idea of what it could be?
Tendonitis or anything?
