"Stem Cell Secrets Exposed" Video

Amazon said more than 250,000 employees and an additional 100,000 seasonal workers would benefit from the pay changes and announced similar changes for workers in Britain. Deutsche Bank estimated that Amazon’s pay increase “represents less than 1 percent of its projected 2019 revenue.”

So are more people being helped or hurt because of the raise?

I sincerely doubt more than 250,000 are getting a pay cut.

So 350,000 employees will benefit. Man do you ever get tired of being consistently wrong? I guess not, if you can fool yourself into thinking it bolsters your dangerous ideology.

Very very few. Most people that saw raises saw them at roughly 1-2 per hour increase. That’s not ‘i don’t collect welfare anymore’ money.

I’m sure they’ll enjoy their $1 an hour and less bonuses.

From what I’ve seen (which is a lot), about twice as many workers ‘benefited’ compared to seeing a pay decrease.

God, you’re a clown. Way to buy Amazon’s spin, lol.

Ironically, it should be bought. They gave a headcount number because they knew people like Zep would stop reading there.

They even go on to say it’s less than 1% of projected revenue. They literally say 'in the end we barely even touched our financials, we’ll still be drowning in cash."

Was explained.

Amazon, a company that started in a garage becomes one of if not the most profitable companies in the world, employing hundreds of thousands of people in the process is your example of my “dangerous ideology”.

Your trolling is pathetic.

Of course, thinking is hard for some…

*I’ve been dealing with the mandatory wage increses in MD and NY for several years, but what do I know…

This is cute. You’re right I’m for small government. Cut off government assistance to every capable worker.

Good job, Zep. Moron.

But think about how many got pulled out of poverty slave wages and welfare from $1/hr.

Because that’s all they ever needed to go from poverty welfare collectors to instead contributing to the coffers.

1200 bucks goes a lot further in Zepland.

Minus FICA at least. The kind and generous US government gets theirs.

Don’t feed the Zep, don’t feed the zep, don’t feed the zep…

So maybe it should be raised more?

You don’t say.

Best of luck. Tons of Amazon workers already regret supporting the movement. No way they’ll be stupid enough to get their pay cut twice.

Oh it’s still not a very meaningful benefit IRT getting off welfare.

So the majority of workers regret getting a pay raise? Are you fucking serious? And when is getting a raise considered a pay cut in the real world? Not the one of make-believe where you live.

That isn’t what I said. Reading helps.

The entire movement within Amazon was reliant on getting support from the quality workers (most of whom were already making above 15/hr). Once the change happened, and their bonuses were targetted, they regret helping.

Many of the workers that were making 15-20 saw a net pay decrease

Um, monthly bonuses stopped being paid on Nov 1st… How have they already seen a net decrease?

Amazon’s argument is that the large majority of workers were earning less than that 15-20/hr, and since bonuses where based upon percentage of pay (8% of $10/hr is much less than 8% of 15/hr) , only those “higher earners” see a small reduction, while the large majority see an increase in net pay.

I’m confused by the question

That’s what I said?

The tense of your post made it seem like people had seen a decrease in compensation, which is impossible because it hasn’t happened yet.

Do Amazon warehouse workers have a union to negotiate?

They have seen a decrease in compensation. But as you said, it hasn’t kicked in yet. The workers who got screwed from this deal still know it’s coming, however.

Nope. Amazon’s anti union practices are actually breathtaking

And again, have the majority of workers seen a pay decrease?
