The article was a summary of the STUDY. The study stated the majority of the evidence was of “low quality”, therefore the article concluded “further evidence is required”.

And that’s before you get into the patent laws and why individual cells are not a commercially viable product that warrant patent protection, but also one of the reasons that stem cells are not patentable and never will be.
