@studhammer 5iu pre workout only. Humalog. Nothing else. It’s single peaking. It’s funny to me guys are willing to take shit all day like deca and growth and tren but always flip out about being dangerous. Yes it’s dangerous but not at all when you use it right and will give you the most insane results.
Again if you don’t want to use it just use Metformin. Also on that track - guys who think to take Metformin before cheat meals etc - That’s not how it works whatsoever. Metformin is chronic and not accute. It alters gut flora over time which is how it works.
Is there a certain amount of carbs I need at the same time? I usually have a protein shake (that has carbs in it) prior to my workouts to last me until I can eat after the gym.
@studhammer 80 grams carbs during your workout. 5iu shot right before gym and sip on the drink. Intra workout nutrition is crucial. I couldn’t train without it.
For instance - my workout looks like this -
Breakfast - steak and whole eggs, 1 cup oatmeal,fruit
Pre workout 30 min - 1/2 cream of rice, protein powder, 2 tablespoons PB , maybe some chocolate sauce
Workout - 80 grams cyclic dextrin and 15 grams EAA/BCAA
Post workout - half a box of fruity pebbles and raw milk. Yep.
Cant visit Texas all at once. Its kinda big LOL! The summer would be a great time to visit the gulf coast, the hill country, and the Austin/San Antonio area. Pretty hot that time of year though
I’ll have plenty of time to go around Texas in July/August. And a bunch of other states, if physiolojik has his practice open I’ll be taking a detour to Colorado too
Hot temperatures… I routinely get cooked alive by 100-110 degree days in the summer, I hate it but I can handle it haha
