Stacking Orals with TRT

You always impress me with your knowledge.

But are there injectable equivalents to these oral compounds?

There are, yes. But they don’t mitigate the hepatotoxicity issues. The real answer regarding orals is this: some people can take them and not have major problems with their liver or cholesterol or anything else; others take them and they trash their body. Aside from one or two of the designers out there, most of them don’t have a uniform response rate in regards to side effects. I would say superdrol is the one that is uniformly brutal on everyone who uses it. All the others have a wide range of responses in individual users.

So injectable forms of C17AA steroids are still C17AA, they bypass the first pass through the liver that they would otherwise have through oral ingestion, however they pass through the liver a second time, it’s a little bit more complicated than this but this will serve as good enough for what I’m going to explain, all AAS go through the liver once. The liver takes strain through both passes, the reasoning for the C17AA alteration causing such a drastic increase in toxicity in both oral and injectable forms isn’t fully understood, besides the liver working hard to break down the compounds during the first pass, the cause effect mechanism of C17AA’s causing cholastasis isn’t understood, intraheptic cholastasis to be exact (the most common liver injury from oral AAS, elevated liver enzymes I don’t count as an injury, it’s merely a sign of stress, drink a six pack then get your liver enzymes tested the next day, they’ll be elevated). Cholastasis is when bile flow is stopped/blocked or slowed down from being able to flow from the liver to the duodenum, there’s a super interested transport mechanism of bile (image )

(heres a diagram of obstructive cholastasis, I couldn’t find one of intraheptic cholastasis but just imagine the blockage is stemming from the liver, not the gallbladder)

Prolonged cholastasis causes hepatocyte damage (although a large portion of the liver can regenerate)… I forgot why I’m writing this I need to get back on track, anyway other liver issues can also arise from C17AA use, such as

  • steatosis (non-alcohol related fatty liver disease), commonly associated with obesity and diabeties, it is the accumulation of triglycerides in the liver
  • liver cell necrosis (liver cell death), this would be a secondary effect of cholastasis I believe
  • Peliosis hepatis (however this can happen with injectable AAS too, but rare), can lead to hepatomegaly (enlarged liver)

Some injectable anabolic steroids without the C17AA modification show resistance to metabolism through the liver, giving a slight increase in hepatotoxicity (tren cough cough tren)

Compounds to protect the liver exist such as

  • NAC
  • tudca
  • curcimin
and a bunch of others, I could go into the mechanism but it isn’t all that important, AAS use carries risks, why would you want to increase those risks by taking orals unless you needed to?

I actually can’t believe THIS stuff was legal… but test isn’t… M-sten is still techniqually legal where I live (not on controlled substance list), so is epistane. M-sten is another very toxic one, the precursor to M-1-T isn’t banned here either, methyl 1 androstenediol, and M-1-T is like rat poison in a pill with the side effects of mad gainz. It’s stupid to have the most toxic shit being legal, but the safest one of all (test) can lead to a jail sentence for mere possession! Fuck, if we are going by potential danger to society and AAS possession can lead to prison time, alcohol possession should lead to life in prison or the electric chair lol because it’s SOOOOOOOOOO much worse with regards to acute and chronic toxicity. Tobacco… also, much worse but legal. KFC, Mcdonalds, all legal, all widely implicated to cause health issues with regards to obesity which can lead to a WIDE variety of co-morbitities associated with obesity, yet those evil STEROIDS must be banned.

Edit: I fucking love KFC, I have it about once every 2-3 months. It’s soooo good, makes me sick every time tho. I had it the other day, I believe I had three wicked wings, one original chicken pieces and a medium fries. I treasred every second of it.
