Sprained my wrist doing cleans about three months ago. Now I can’t do bench and military press without pain coming from it. Anyone have suggestions for treatments? I thought three months would be enough time to recover but I was wrong…
my wrist was hurting loads during presses a while back so I started doing reverse curls. Seemed to help, so you might want to give it try.
(I’m not a doctor, and I don’t claim to understand why reverse curls helped, just telling you what worked for me :)…)
That’s interesting, I’ll check it out. I know regular curls hurt my wrists though !
