Uro refused to prescribe FSH bc levels are within range. Basically said do IVF or IUI and get bent. Gonna see a fertility / androglist thru northwestern. Got another 6 months of hcg at least
The normal ranges was never meant to be used as a rigid set of rules, but it seems doctors have weaponized it as a tool to deny treatment. Some people need more stimulation to get things done.

I ran HCG for almost exactly 1 year. My dose varied from 500iu 3x a week to 1000iu daily. I stayed on 80-100mg T weekly and 25mg clomid daily. I did drop the T completely at the start but felt horrible. We did planned conception starting in December but I think what worked was not having sex for about 10 days before ovulation bc my numbers were still pretty low.
Did you drop the HCG now that the wife is pregnant? I’m curious how it’ll make me feel. I took it pre-TRT but haven’t taken it in years.
I’m prescribed 500iu 3x a week. I do not plan to drop T at any point because I know I’d feel terrible, like you did.

I’m going to keep it up as long as my uro will give it to me. I feel pretty awesome on 500iu 2x a week while on trt. Helps the libido and none of the side effects I get when I’m blasting 6-7000ius for fertility.
Edit. She’s only 8 weeks pg so I’ll for sure stay on until the baby is born but this is our last kid.

Currently I am 125 mg sustanon every 5 days. Also taking 0.5 mg arimidex on injection days

Regardless, I would increase the dose. Maybe 500IU.
What is FSH costing? Dose is 30IU twice weekly.

30 x 2 iu weekly seems reasonable price. it is sold as 450 iu here : GONAL-F 450 IU / 0.75 ML - price is 108 USD
I presume we can freeze it and keep in refrigerator right?
because i would need to dilute it and keep in freezer
I was taking 1500 IU EOD.
I did not use FSH or clomid.
I was on 300 mgs of test C a week too.

I’d do as @highpull suggests and bump up the HCG.
Another route you could look at is HMG. It is like taking HCG and FSH together, except instead of HCG it is LH and FSH. The downside is that you don’t get to pick your ratios of LH and FSH. From what I’ve seen, HMG is much cheaper than FSH, and you are getting FSH in it. It is probably the route I’d go if HCG didn’t work.
Additionally, I wouldn’t expect much with HCG if you’ve been on Test for awhile in a few months. I think you need to wait at least 6 months. I’ll be starting up HCG soon because we are thinking about having kids and getting pregnant around January of 2025.
