Im going to start on my second tbol cycle.
My last one where just to test it out…
It was like 5/10 mg a day and just for 20 days.
Now I bought 200 tabletts.
And im wondering how you think my cycle should look like?
How many mg a day should I take? (I want a soft cycle because i’m 17 years old)
I excersise everyday try to get some rest days, but it so damn hard stop working out ;p but i know when i need my rest…
I have trained seriuos for 2 years now and i’m taking a lot of supplements to.
And that leads me to my other question; Is it any supplements I should stay away from while i’m on a cycle?
I doubt anyone here is going to help a 17 year old use steroids, so can I ask a related question?
I never understood the concept of doing, as the OP calls it, “soft cycles”.
Almost any AAS cycle, even if it is “light”, can and probably will eventually cause HPTA suppression, yes? Then, it really doesn’t provide much more safety than a heavier cycle, right? I mean, you’re still suppressed either way and the dangers/downsides related to HPTA suppression seem to be the biggest concern among AAS users.
I understand not wanting to deal with the harsher side effects of heavier dosages, but aside from that, if you’re going to suppress your HPTA anyways, shouldn’t you try to make the most of it?
I see so many guys post on forums who shouldn’t be using AAS at all because of their lack of training history and/or their age, but they try to justify it (like this guy seems to be doing) by arguing that they are using compounds/dosages that are comparatively “light” (or in this case, “soft”) therefore, the cycle is “safe”.
You shouldn’t even be on this board, you need more time and some Blood and Guts training and eating, at your age you are not doing anything good at all to your system with that.
Eat hard and train hard you will see it come just give it time or I swear you will end up never getting big at all and you will block your growth, you are way to young with plenty of Testosterone and HGH already running in your Veins just eat and train like a Warrior and it will happen.

You make some good points.
While there is a degree of difference between a three or four week oral cycle that is suppressive but doesn’t fully shut you down, and a stronger cycle of equal or longer length that completely shuts you down, when all is said and done, neither approach involves a worthwhile risk for a 17 year old.
