Not really, more a pot roast. Itās great over pasta for some reason.
One pound chuck or bread and butter steak, cut up into around 20 peice, 3 roma or a pound regular tomato quarter, one yellow or white onion quarter , mixed together, add one green pepper cut up, put on low four hours.
Open top add small can chill beans , one can black beans add chilli seasoning, stir a little, i throw in jalapeƱos myself, cook on low 4 hourās done then can keep on low and eat at will.

Eye of round roast (itās pretty lean) 2-3 lbs
Butter- not margarine
Pack of Au Jus gravy mix
Pack of Ranch dressing mix
Jar of sliced Pepperoncini peppers
Large can of cream of mushroom soup
Add roast to crock pot and place stick of butter directly on top of it. Pour jar of peppers all over roast and butter. Dump both packs of gravy and ranch in on top of it all. Cook on low about 6 hours, add can of mushroom soup, cook and additional 1-2 hours. Serve with rice and steamed vegetables.
