Beef 3-3.5 lbs Eye of Round I forget which, I usually ask butcher for french dip one 
2 cans beef consommé soup
2 cans water
2 packets beef aujus mix
2 packets Good Seasons italian dressing
Serve on French rolls cut at a diagonal with your favorite cheese melted on top.
