Small update: total T was ran again this time coming back at 271 ng/dl vs 316 ng/dl (264-916) 2 weeks ago. Went in for a workout very light and my joints feel fragile still and the random snapping and pains is becoming rather intolerable. Call me impatient but I am looking more toward testosterone than I am staying natural even if it means playing the protocol game and finding a useful solution.
I would look at running a TRT trial and seeing how you go. Your E2 is too low in my opinion and probably causing a lot of your misery. Your T is certainly low enough to warrant it. Iād also really try to get to the bottom of why your testes are not functioning properly from the looks of your LH and FSH numbers.
I understand you would prefer not to at your age, however if you have testicular dysfunction and you need it, well, you need it.
You could play around with dose but Iād personally run 160-180mg/week split into 2 shots for 8-12 weeks, re-test and evaluate how youāre doing after that. Just test nothing else to start.
After that and assuming you are feeling better you could look to reduce or increase dose to optimize. Adding HCG for fertility etc is another discussion, again if it was me, Iād just get my test protocol right then look at other options. Hope you feel better, whichever route you go, good luck.
Thanks a lot for the response, iām all ears on that. I will start dosing light (around the 160 mark) and see what changes take place.
