What do you think is the best climate for optimal sinus health? I know that I get sinus pain when it’s cold. Cold, rainy days are really bad. However, I sometimes feel like shit during the summer months too. Hot, sticky days seem to give me the most congestion. Humidity, though, is supposed to be good for the sinuses. What the fuck?
