Legs still had a little soreness but the reps were very good. Used the belt today because I had a little lower back soreness. Lungs really don’t like reps.

Good speed, solid reps, got 10 reps on the last set with good speed and a couple in the tank. Happy

It’s a public holiday in Melbourne today (Tuesday). It is the Melbourne Cup Horse race or as it’s called ‘The race that stops a nation’.
I’ve lived here for 20 years and still find it funny that we get a day off to watch a horse race. Still I’m not complaining, instead I am getting a few chores done and enjoying some relaxation time. Leg and chest doms is pretty bad today. I must remember to keep eating ![]()

Well, the Victorians get a day off…the rest of the country usually knocks off anywhere between 12 and 3 (race starts at 3), unless you work for a horrible, you generally arent required to work after the race - in offices anyway.
It is all ridiculous. But its quite a big part of the aussie culture, as is the Bathurst 1000 V8 supercars endurance event, and the Boxing Day Test Cricket Match!
Growing up there wasnt a single television on those three days that didnt have it on. I still watch all three! I dont move far from the lounge room on Boxing Day…or the 4 days after it LOL - a Test goes for up 5 days. Often its part of a series…the first test is usually 1.5 weeks or so before Xmas. Xmas day the two sides (Australia of course, and whoever thier opponent is, India, England or whoever) share a Xmas day event on the cricket ground of the boxing day test together with all of thier respective families and staff etc which is pretty cool.

Deadlift - @T3hPwnisher I tried hard to not go forward and pull back on the first tonight. I actually did this on the warm up sets and with the lighter weight almost fell backwards.
I think the touches were much more co trolled today, let me know what you think ?
