Went to see the physio on Thursday to see what is gong on with my left knee. The good news is there is nothing wrong with my knee, the less good news is that the pain is being caused by tight hip flexors. This is actually good news because it should be easier to fix that a fked knee tendon. The deload this week has made it feel a lot better anyway, so should be good to get back to work next week.

Bought myself some Do-Win lifting shoes. These New shoes are very different from the flat gym boots I usually wearing. Get weird not having the ankle support of the boot. But the hard sole and slight heel elevation felt really good for the squat. Will be interesting to see how they feel for heavier weights next week.

I have very tight hip flexors and i found stretching did nothing, hopefully you get some exercises to fix them.

I like the Do Win shoes. They have more space in the toes than the adidas I had before, they are also cheaper. They were stateside for me anyway.

Agree, I managed to get these at a pretty good price. I have very flat and wide feet, so I was worried that other brands would be too tight. These fit really good.
